Graceful Homes Residential Care ("Graceful Homes", "we", "us") operates residential group homes and this website. For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Graceful Homes is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

We deliberately ask you not to submit medical information through this website. Health details are discussed only through secure, appropriate channels during the admissions process, under the safeguards described on our Trust & Compliance page.

Wherever you live, we extend GDPR-grade rights to you:

- Restriction & objection: limit or object to processing.

To exercise any right, email privacy@gracefulhomes.com. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.
6. Retention
Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to serve your family, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a resident family (in which case records follow our regulated retention schedule) or ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), access is limited to trained staff who need it, and our practices follow the security principles described on our Trust & Compliance page. If a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.
8. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
9. Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for 30 days.
